From thousands of years ago, we (or most of us) grew up with Carbohydrates Breakfast (ex; Rice, Noodles, Bread, etc) and we thought (or never think much) that this is pretty normal. However, IN REALITY it is actually killing us slowly and silently without us realizing it!!! :0 Dietiticians, Nutritionists, Health Scientists, Doctors, etc all over the world have been trying to advise people to have a Protein Based Breakfast INSTEAD of Carbohydrates Breakfast, so we all can be more healthy, and stop turning the world into a Fat World, BUT how much do we actually pay attention to it?? Our eyes or our Taste Buds COMES FIRST!!! Are we that shallow?? And when the PAIN (ex; diabetes, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, obesity/overweight) HITS, then we desperately look for a QUICK FIX! ASAP!! As if there is a miracle stuff out there that we can pop and snap our finger and voila...we are Fit & Fabulous again. Is there such a Magic Pill (or whatever you call it) ?? You judge...!I was the above. Before. NOT ANYMORE! Simply because "I wanted to change" and probably it's also because I F.E.A.R the PAIN! If you are like me, do read on. Let me spill the beans..:-
Water is Super Important for our body. We need to consume
between 2.5-3.5L of water (plain water that is) so that our body is hydrated everyday. It also helps to flush out toxins. So START GULPING THOSE BABY.......! :)

You & I know Nutrition is Super Duper Important for our body. Most likely our parents or Grandparents also know it. But let's be honest, do we actually "really" know about Nutrition? Or what nutrients our body needs? How much Vitamins or Minerals we need? What is the best source to find such quality nutrients? Probably many of you are just like me. Try to get some Vitamin tablets from the pharmacy, pop some, & try to down some fruits & veg whenever possible. Is that enough? Are we doing it the right way? NOOOOOOO!!=Is the answer I learnt! :0
